Last week, I found myself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of UG Summit 2024. As I navigated the bustling conference halls, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to strike up conversations with fellow attendees. From casual chats over coffee to deeper discussions during sessions, I was curious to learn more about their experiences and challenges. One question kept popping into my mind: How many of them knew about Dynamics 365 Customer Insights? As it turned out, not many. While most were familiar with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, the power of D365 Customer Insights seemed to be a well-kept secret. This realization sparked my interest and inspired me to delve deeper into this powerful tool.
